How Do We Create the Conditions for Sustainable Innovation Success?
This week, we talk about how to create the conditions for sustained innovation success. How do we navigate uncertainty? How do we crack the hardest innovation, not people? The root word for discipline is a Latin word, discipline, which means instruction and training. And as much as we think about behavioral science in terms of changing customers' behavior, my experience tells me the leader's biggest challenge is moving their people emotionally and physically to operate differently.
