What do you think about companies that are starting a policy of only looking at, not interviewing people in person? I actually believe that's a great thing. An o, even use our or company example. We used to have this practice where we would ask you three questions, and you had to submit a video of yourself answering each question. Well, then we started getting feedback that some people felt that they were excluded based on their appearance in the video. And so we had to say, ok, you know what? The video is optional.
