i grew up in a really small town in missouri, so it was, you know, one grocery store, one hardware store and like 16 christian churches. Magan can add some more ne onds to herself, but she was not raised by deeply religious parents. i found out as as adult, well, i suppose i was in college, but that my dad was an atheist. He didn't believe in anything. But he never talked to me about that, specifically as a kid. And then after that, it just kept falling pretty soon into dominos.
