The China-Russia Alliance Is Trying to Create a Rival System

China and other authoritarian allies are essentially trying to create a potential rival system. The world is dividing into two political blocks and financial blocks that will be in competition. In the West, I think there's been a bit of a rebalancing and an understanding that central banks have too much power. But it's obviously very, very different situation when it comes to China and Russia. Democracy doesn't count.
