The Importance of Reciprocity in Kentucky

A huge fraction of the state's population lives within a few miles of a state border. Kentucky requires more licenses than other states around us to do some occupations. Missouri has recently enacted a law that was a form of universal reciprocity. The bill would essentially streamline that out of state licensing requirement here in Kentucky.
