i didn't redesign my web site until the business was three years old. Everything about it was low quality, except for the content. And that is exactly how you should start the business. So i believe it was red hoffman who said, if you feel comfortable with the product you're launching, you've launched it too late. I think you should launch things early and try to get feedback as fast as you can,. Then iterate off f those things and then grow.
