What's Your Favorite Book?

Charles vogols, the of community, seven principles of belonging is the book that transformed my understanding of this job. The most effective way i know to make connections with people and have a programme that lasts is to be real with everybody about what you're trying to accomplish. And then the people who stay with you will get you where you want to go. I would say, bring compassion, grace and vulnerability to authentically engaging with people to help them reach their goals while supporting your goals but why are they there?
