What's the Future of AI?

Yoshua: I think there is a huge transformative potential coming in the intersection of AI and biology. There's been an incredible progress in technology, in biology, to measure things and experiment at a large scale. So we've been exploring that threads and working with biologists and chemists to see how these tools could be used in real experiments. We need the AI to help us deal with that. And then measure millions of things. But now the real game is core, of course, is to use this in real new experiments, not the databases or data sets that exist.
