The biggest one I look for is profitability. So understanding where's the break even point? And where do we have to be from an efficiency perspective to actually generate profit for the brand? Being unprofitable is fine for a certain period of time, but is not sustainable in the long term. The hope there is that we set you off on a good place. You go away, you build up at some additional revenue, you build in a little bit of budget, and then you come back when you're ready like, Hey, I got it to X. I need help getting it from X to Y"
