I find that I do quite a lot of public speaking in workplaces as well around men's health. People don't usually ask questions at the session, but I always leave a card at everyone's seat and because no one will ever come and get a sexual health card they won't pick it up in front of their work. But inevitably there's at least four or five people out of every 20 who will book a consult because they've got a question. They just didn't know help was there until someone came and talked about it. We can break past this and part of my journey on, on, on doing that is just by speaking about it and just being available.
