The Fed Funds Rate
2% is sort of the trend, great of growth for the US economy. The feds and targets 2%. Then you think about what's the rate of interest that the fed policy rate has to get you there. And now it still matters because as the Fed, you know, at 3%, they're likely to do 75 basis point hiking early November. That would take the fed funds rate to,. you know, 3.75 to 4%. But these are estimates. No one knows we can't observe them in any data on the markets.
