Search Engines Are Getting Better, Right?

As a user, you feel like you have some sort of ownership or some sort of right to demand Google that Google keeps sending you traffic. But Google is a business. And I think sometimes we have this strange way of forgetting that and feeling like it's more like the BBC or NPR or something where it should do us a favor and it won't and it shouldn't.
