In the Shadow of Thy Wings Will I Rejoice?
In the third nephi account, jesus is feeding them. Notice verse five: my soul shall be satisfied with marrow and fatness. And then we get to verse seven: Therefore in the shadow of thy wings will i rejoice. In other words, it's an abundance of food the superabundance. This was part of the temple drama in the fall festival where they would feast.
