How to Use Maps and Think About Maps
When we think about something, we make some sort of a picture of it, if you will. These show up in our experience and not only visual, but in all sorts of ways for anything that we want to make sense of. It's like we have a mental map,. if you will, of how a car works. But as you get under the hood, unless you're a weekend car guy or something, it gets a bit fuzzierIf you will. The less information we have, the quicker we'll make up an image and a story that makes sense to us and we'll believe it.
