You've Lost the Thread, You Need to Start Writing Again
You need to start writing again. Before you look at the manuscript, i want you to write down what do you think the thread is like? You are not the same writer you were when you set it down. Reconcile those two things and then see if there is a new thread that you can write forward with. We've all been there. There's always more thread.
