Sid Harrell is a user research expert who believes you can answer any question as long as you are fearless and creative about methods. She has helped clients such as Sony and Volkswagen conduct remote research and real-time usability studies. Currently, she's a service design lead at Judicial Council of California. We caught up with Sid at UXLX and received lots of useful tips and ideas about how to prepare and conduct user research.
