I pursued my bachelor's in civil engineering. And as they say, you must seek opportunities wherever they are. That's when I came to this country in 1992. Right after grad school, I joined my company, which at that time was called Nokom's Frank Rules Associates. The culture of the company began to gradually drift in a different direction.
