And then there's the actual delivery and I struggle with like the person. He says he spends most of his energy on himself personally but also in terms of getting everyone in the team there. "I feel like I'm talking like I have all the answers and it's so not true"
On the one hand, analysts generally know and accept that part of their responsibility is to not only conduct analyses, but to effectively communicate the results of those analyses to their stakeholders. On the other hand, "communication" can feel like a pretty squishy and nebulous skill.
