Richard Branson and his wife Anna are working on their second startup. They're trying to find a balance between work and family life in the midst of two young children. Richard says he's becoming more militant about date night, which used to be cool but is now just a reprieve from day-to-day war. The couple has also created zones of tolerance for when they feel lonely or disconnected with each other.
