In verse seven, we that same inclusive pronoun. We have dealt very corruptly against thee, and have not kept the commandments,. The southern kingdom was brought dragged captive into babylon. But if ye turn unto me and keep my commandments and do them, though there were of you st out unto the uttermost part of heaven, yet will i gather thee from thence? That place is the temple, recently rebuilt in the book of ezra, the place of gathering. And that's where god will gather us too. You're not among the wicked. But his humility put him there.
