Are We Refining Non Interventionist?

If we've got the capacity to keep people safe around the world, don't we have an obligation to use some of that power? We've got to make the world a better place. I mean, it's hugely tempting argument, right? It really is. You can look around the world and you can say, oh, we could make life better. And maybe that would be a good thing. The problem is, there's theest two problems, rightso the first is this fatal conceit. Othing the last 15 years have shown us all just how big a mistake that is.
