Is Garland a Bad Pick for This Job?
I think we are already, in my view, witnessing institutional failure. There's a definitely aggressive thumb on the scale from Congress to Garland saying, do something. The referral to the Justice Department is only happening because the crimes were so bad. And then, and if we focus on that part of it, then I think we have a clearer vision for moving into the future.
