Working With Public Companies at Cooley
Cooley: We represent companies at all different parts of their lifecycle, but that includes when they're public companies. What I find most rewarding and differentiating about my own practice is that long-term relationship with a company's management team. In a way, I think of it as another one of my children. The last season focused on sort of the process from startup to an exit. But when you become a public company, it's more of like a graduation into the next phase of life.
