How High Turnover Costs Companies
A company that we're working with right now just broke the record that in Mexico their units have 400% turnover. That means a typical person stays there for like three months. So I mean, can you imagine if you have a team made up of players who have not been there that long? There are ways that corporate leaders design jobs for interchangeable parts and that ends up being a mediocre job design. It's almost as if you're telling us that there's no such thing as unskilled labor.
