How Long Does It Take to Turn a Mandible?

The rule of thumb is twice the distraction period before you can remove. I think some will wait five days and then actual, so that's a latency period. If it's an internal distractor, you're often limited by the extent that that distractor will go. Usually these kids feel pretty well and it all works, but I think we're all trying to find an optimal time.
