Electinib or Lore Latinib?

I think for most patients whole brain radiotherapy is something that really can be put aside. I would say that seryt nib right now based on its toxicity profile would not be entered into the conversation in my mind. It's bergat nib electinib or lore latinib and more broadly though it's more are you a person who wants to start with a second generation inhibitor? And we can talk about differences there too.
