The Importance of Adult Role Models in a Neighborhood

We underestimate the importance of the adults in a neighborhood for how kids turn out. If you don't want to move to one of these super neighborhoods, just put more thought into the company you're showing your kids. And if I have kids, I would outsource my parenting a little bit.
