Most of these models have happened in Medicare Advantage to start. I think there's a bunch of reasons why Medicare Advantage has started, and Medicare generally like it. The hardest thing to take risk on in a way is a healthy population,. By the way, this is why exchange plans lost so much money at the beginning. That makes a lot of sense. And obviously having enough concentration in the areas you're operating in as well makes a tremendous amount ofsense.
