The biggest issue is just regulation, right? We've been doing it for thousands of years as human beings. You can't generally build a new build home for less than two hundred fifty thousand dollars. It's so nuts that we do this, bespoke, over and over and over again in the rain when you could run factories twenty four hours a day....
