I think when you stop drinking you find the activities that you love doing and for me a lot of that was actually going back to things that I love drinking. consistency has been such a big one for me, my days would be like a two then a ten and a one then a nine whereas now I say every day is like at least a six or seven just like really consistent across the board. Yeah mental health is so much better and I think you kind of touched on it earlier when you said you know when you take it away it forces you to look inwards. So what are so even could you talk about some of the wholesome fun activities which you do and what you found?
