Is the Fed Going to Cool Rate Hikes?

There is a kind of, I don't know if it's what you call it, a rumor, some thinking that the Fed will cool its rate hikes because of this situation. Is there any indication that's actually true or that that would make any sense? You know, I'm sort of a armchair observer to all of this. Obviously, I care about the global economy and certainly the US economy,. But in general, do they care about Silicon Valley startups? Not really. They're interested in the broad economy, which still seems to be pretty hot.
