Python 2 and Django

Django 6.2 is 3.6, Django 3 is 3.8 up and Marius has 30,000 tests to cover. Python 2 was like a breath of fresh air when it became compatible with other versions of the language. But you still get issue reports opened if you break something that's notPython 2-compatible.
