The First Step Is Decide What You Want
Lye: The first step is the hardest step in all of existence. You got to decide what you want. If you don't want to be a person sharing stuff publicly and trying to do conferences, great, don't do it. And don't feel guilty that ou're not doing it. That's terrific. Start with a specific pain point that a community is having, and solve it better than anyone else could put in,. weigh too much effort. Then that is going to start catching on, and you can snowball from there. Lye: I would investigate the fear that you may potentially have and see if it's worth hanging on to.
