The CFPB or the issue is I'll let you go to the house here. The spot market issue is mainly a Bitcoin issue and the CFTC does need to have authority in that space for sure. And this program in Bitcoin really is going to have to lend out your Bitcoin to some other use case. There's a layer to payment solution called the lightning network, and that may be able to use liquidity pools as a pretty compelling use case for offering some low yield rates on Bitcoin. But my, from an American standpoint, I think Americans are pretty smart actually and they understand fractional reserve banking.
