Technical Interviews - Is There a Way to End Bias in Tech Interviews?

People have biases. It's very hard to do that sort of thing without unintentionally also taking into account the person that is sitting opposite you. I don't think there is a great solution, because just inherently, you know, this is a problem, obviously, that people have been trying to fix everywhere for years. And so harvard, they're trying to balance things and balance people from different backgrounds, but there is no good solution.
