Tina would never divulge more than two weeks ahead of what her training plan would be. So, the longest run she could do was a mile or two miles longer than she was currently running. 'I will have this in my Google Canada, but also stuck on my fridge,' says Tina. The first time I trained for a half marathon is when I did a five mile taper.
