Is It a Nuclear Armed Country?

Pakistan has a larger population, a strategic location. Nuclear armed status means that a financial crisis there would have a more serious implication. I think parkistan has been holding the rest of the world hostage to this fact that they have news. And therefore it becomes the world's responsibility to make sure that parcesan government stays in power,. But i don't know what will happen next decade or so.
