The Solution to a Degrading Political Environment
Mike Grey: I think the solution it has a start at the local level. You know, if you look at kind of a degrading political environment, the national level, you have to keep your local level as functional as possible. The second thing is you got to build social power. And so they just start to recruit these larger and larger cells until such a time where they can actually start a communist insurgency or guerrilla warfare against the political establishment.
