The First Time in Liverpool for Ukrainian Artists
The Expressia Festival will take place from 7th of May to 9th of May in a three venues in Liverpool. The aim is to bring emerging artists from Ukraine to Liverpool and combine them with some pretty fancy UK artists. "It's complicated because we need to have an audience in a venue," he says.
