When i did my master's thesis in lund, it was on how engineers work their way through incidents. I'm pretty sure the literature review that i put together for my thesis is honestly, probably a ahoose hoo. One of the paradoxes in resilience engineering is that it flips the traditional idea of safety upside down. We just never really paid attention to it, because nothing went wrong. And so if you can get good answers, if you can even get people to be curious about what actually goes into preventing incidents from happening, which, by the way, is happening all the time.
