The main indicator, which I had this call this morning, the individual had a number in mind that they wanted to transact. That typically kills most deals because- Is that the buyer of the seller? The seller. A seller had a number they wanted to sell. Yep. And the reason why the deal is not going to go through is what I'm saying. One, because of that, but two, like he's looking at the value based on the profitability of the company, plus all the fixed assets on top of that, plus inventory, plus reputation. Yeah. So yeah, brand reputation is fascinating.
