How to Use Survey Data to Find Opportunities
If a customer isn't satisfied and tells you why, that's a potential source of an opportunity hypothesis. Internally, you should have a sense of how important each feature is to the product. If you create a grafft with customers satisfaction on the axis, increasing feature importance on the x axis, and a y equals x line, you'll easily spot opportunities.
