The power of intermittent fasting is you simply give the body a break from an insolent spike that comes from eating food, especially carbohydrates. Fasting through dinner is just a little awkward for me as a family guy who doesn't like to be left out in front of his wife and kids. But if i fast through dinner, then my cravings are practically non- existent. And so even though i think fasting through dinner is this is better? I'll say it again: Fasting through Dinner is Just A Little Too Awkward For Me.
