We know how much malatonan is typically ast into the blood stream per night. My guess is that a normal night's release of melatonin, typical for somebody in the twenties, thirties, forties, would be far lower than that. The optimal doses for where you do get sleep benefits are somewhere between zero point one and zero point three miligrams of melitoni.
