The way smell works is that it can tap into memories even more quickly than some of our other senses. So when you jumped into the taste domain, this was also a spot where you really tried to use that sensory experience to tie into your memories. And what I tried to find was things that were either distinctive, like I ate them during that time and no other time in my life, or they were like my favorite standout taste of that time.
