The Cuban Revolution and the Normalism of Education in Mexico

In the late fifties and early sixties, there was a shift in ideology among normalistas. They began to think that a full flung social revolution might be possible. This is when you have the clearest example of rural normalistas participating in land take overs or capesino land takeover. And finally, one of the things you see here is this student movement being taken as a nonkow, if nothing else, because it received so much attention from mexico's government.
