Can You Undo Puberty Development?

There has been a question about can you undo that development? So can you reduce muscle mass? Can you affect cardiovascular capacity? Essentially, can we unbuild this body that has developed? And there are two ways that we can interrogate that question. One is understanding what happens in transgender women who have gone through a male puberty and then suppress testosterone in adulthood or at least post puberty. We know the answer. It reduces a little bit. The second evidence base comes from athletes like Casta Semania - they've had to suppress testosterone in order to be eligible for the female category. A DSD individual is common within athletics.
