How to Be a Successful Band Director

I Matthew just created a tremendous resource for beginning band directors to have a free method book that you can use to supplement your other method because we all know you don't teach lines one through seventy in order. I really wish I if I had any regret my career leaving college teaching is that I didn't have enough time to make more of an impact on that curriculum. There's so many things there that I feel like I left unfinished and one of them was really pushing the people who are involved in theory pedagogy at the national level push them to be more proactive about creating musicians with 20th century skills.
