The Importance of Strength Before MECON
I believe that everybody should be developing their metabolic conditioning as the primary focus point and then strength as the secondary. Having said that when we're running our classes of 25 people, that's a lot of moving parts. The other thing I need to see also is what does the rest of the class look like? Because if they're skipping over some other stuff that I think is vital to running a class, then I would say probably not. We do strength before MECON on average about three times a week.
