The former president called what d o j was doing in this area during the o bama administration, and the use of pattern or practice investigations, a war on cops. Do you think that the cops still think that you're at with them? I haven't encountered any law enforcement leader who has denegrated the the use of the pattern practice. They ask us to use it judiciously and appropriately. We can't be successful in fighting violent crime if there is a lock a breakdown of trust between police and communities they serve.
